iNDEPENDENTLY ASSESSED

Practice Accreditation is a voluntary process used to ensure a dental practice meets or exceeds the National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards. Annandale Village Dentistry has always prided ourselves on being at the forefront of patient and community care. Since opening our doors in 2017, AVD has been committed to providing top-quality dental care in the safest manner possible. In 2018, we volunteered to engage QIP as an independent organisation to review our policies and confirm that out level of care is as high as we intended.

We are pleased to announce that Annandale Village Dentistry has been granted status as a fully Accredited Dental Practice.  Quality Innovation Performance is nominated by the Australian Dental Association to review practice protocols.  QIP has reviewed AVD’s practice policies and protocols and deemed them to have met or exceeded the National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards.

What does this mean for you? It means AVD is committed to ensuring our community can receive the highest quality dental care in the safest manner possible.  It means we are always reviewing our own protocols and procedures, and improving them wherever we can.
